Rita has more than 10 years of Human Resources, Payroll and Benefit administration experience. She earned her PHR (Professional in Human Resources) in June of 2007. Rita has worked for both large and small companies but prefers working in a small business environment. Working relationships are important and small business environments provide the opportunity to know each employee individually, understand their needs, and assist them administratively. She also enjoys the diversity in her role - never a dull moment! Although Rita relocated from New York to California over a decade ago, she has many strong ties to the East coast and travels there as often as possible.
